This app (Ear Training for Auditions) is an ear-training app for students preparing for music auditions. This policy explains what data exists and where it stays. In short: we collect no data.
The app uses the microphone to measure the pitch of your voice. Audio is analyzed in memory, its frequency is extracted, and it is discarded. Audio is never recorded, stored, or sent off your device. If you don't grant microphone access, only the features that measure pitch won't work.
Your vocal range measurements (pitch summaries, not audio), your per-topic accuracy, your exam simulation results and your settings (selected topics, number of questions). These are stored only on your device and are included in your device's backup if you use Google backup. They are never sent to us.
There's no account; we never ask for your name or email. No analytics, ads or tracking. The app doesn't access your location, contacts or photos. The app has no internet permission, so it can't make any network connection itself.
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play through your Google Account; Google processes your payment details and never passes them to us. The app learns your subscription status from the Google Play app on your device through Google's Play Billing library; we run no server for this.
“Delete my data” in Settings deletes all your practice data. Deleting the app also deletes all data.
The app is intended for high-school and university candidates and is not directed at children under 13. No personal data is collected from anyone of any age.
If this policy changes, the updated version ships with the app. For questions, use the developer contact details on our Google Play page.
